Title: Massachusetts Foreclosue Law Extends Notification Period Post by: lizandjer on May 01, 2008, 01:14:51 PM A new foreclosure law that takes effect in Massachusetts today will extend the period of time homeowners in foreclosure have to resolve their debt from 30 days to 90 days. Perhaps just as importantly, the new law will now require all loan originators in the state to be licensed to help cut down on fraudulent and predatory lending.
